Bespoke spreadsheets
Bespoke spreadsheets can be used to calculate and collate a wide range of data. Some (but by no means all) of the possible uses for spreadsheets are timesheets, monitoring phone calls, cash flow analysis, management reports and much, much more.
Bespoke databases
Databases are used to store and manipulate more complex information than spreadsheets. This could include, for example, a database of contacts for an organisation, personnel records or library information.
Document editing and layout
Preparation of documents for printing. This can include proof reading, tables of contents, adding graphs, tables and photographs, page numbering and generally preparing documents to professional standards. This is particularly suitable for annual reports, publicity brochures and leaflets, but can be used for any document.

Set-up and maintenance of small office networks, including backing up and restoring data, wireless networks, managing user accounts and troubleshooting.
